Welcome to SUPs for PUPs where we love to create amazing bonds with your dog through aquatic adventures!
Karen founded SUPs for Pups to teach dog lovers to stand-up paddleboard (SUP) with their furry friends. Her labrador, Bobby, is always present on the nose of her board, enjoying the sun, water and the fresh salt air. Karen wants to share how much Bobby changed her life and inspired many adventures on the water.
“After enjoying many hours on the board with Bobby, I knew I wanted to share my passion with others. Everyone says Bobby lives the best life and he does! He is able to be outside with me and live the life of adventure. Paddling with your dog/s can be an experience full of joy and excitement. I couldn’t imagine my life without Bobby. He has helped me find a passion that has developed into a career.”
This is how SUPs for PUPs came to be – one dog paddle at a time.
Karen and her team are committed to the benefits of being outdoors, having fun with your pooch in a safe environment. We are excited to share our knowledge and passion for SUP, Surf and Dogs with you and the dog community. Let’s all enjoy the beautiful ocean more with our dogs.
Our lessons are suitable for people of all ages and all abilities and all dogs who are well socialised. We are qualified in Stand Up Paddleboarding and Dog Training.
Stand Up Paddleboarding is fun to learn and exhilarating. Lessons will be mainly provided on the Mornington Peninsula but will also be available at other locations.
Be prepared for you and your dog to get wet. But that’s all part of the fun!
Your safety is out priority. We supply life jackets for all children under 10 years of age and life jackets for all dogs (all sizes catered for). We will keep you safe whilst having fun with your pooch. Our lessons will be an easy dog paddle from shore.
